4. We will not be responsible for any Delay, Rejection or Mistake in Umrah Visa from Saudi Ambassy.
5. Scan copies of the passports can be emailed to support@hudatravels.com and Money can be deposited in our Bank Accounts mentioned Online. Please mention your Name and Contact Details clearly in the Email while sending Passport Scan Copies.

Booking Policy

• Pay 50% Advance per person to Book your Umrah tour.
• Balance amount to be paid 21 days before departure or the booking will get cancelled without informing.
• Book with Cash or Cheque favoring "Ashhaz Tour & Travel"

Cancelation Policy

• NO REFUND if cancelled within 15 days of departure
• 50% of the tour cost if cancelled between 15 to 30 days before departure.
• 10,000/- per person is NON REFUNDABLE.

Child Policy

• Infant child (Upto 2 years age)
• Child No Bed ( 2 to 8 yrs)
• Child above 8 Years has to take Bed Compulsorily.
• Child Above 11 years is Treated as Adult.
